Chicago Craigslist Finds This Week...

Set of two leopard Louis XVI fauteuil chairs.
Old Hickory Tannery leather wingback chair.
Mirror wth inscription at the bottom: NOSCE TE IPSUM, meaning KNOW THYSELF (6 by 7.5 ft).
Sixteen light Empire chandelier.
Bellflower acanthus settee.

Bookshelf that costs more than my car.  It will not be coming home with me.

  6. I didn't buy the bookcase or the Empire chest. I put a payment down on the chair the chandelier and the mirror. The set of chairs I am picking up tomorrow morning!
    The mirror amd the wing back chair were kind of up there in price but I really like them! The people were kind enough to let me make payments.
    Cris, I met the guy who lacquers the French furmiture. His name is John and he sooooo reminds me of Andy Warhol. Very, very nice man! I actually like the pieces but there is no way on the planet I could have patent leather with six cats! LOL!
