Daniel is FIV positive, he has a compromised immune system. He is also very old. We knew this when we adopted each other. However, he is not doing well and I don't want my dear, beautiful friend to suffer.
PLEASE pray for him! I believe in miracles. I know you do too.
I hope he knows just how much I love him and that he has comfort in my presence. It is very selfish of me to want him to stay. I know that. If he cannot stay, please pray that he doesn't suffer because of my desire to keep him here...with me.
My beloved, sweet, sweet Daniel.

Daniel has my prayers and healing energy. I know what it is like to have an older cat and see their poor little systems break down. He is in a home filled with love and that can do wonders!
ReplyDeleteSending love and prayers to both you and Daniel! Give him all your love and let him know it's ok to go if he needs to God will do what's best for him. Daniel's a lucky boy to have had you in his life no matter how short of a time.
ReplyDeleteSneding you major hugs!

ReplyDeleteYou and Daniel both are in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteAndie you made me cry. I will pray for Daniel. I had to put my sweet baby to sleep right before Christmas and I still can't get over it. We love them so much we don't want them to suffer. I will pray for you too. It is such a pure unconditional love that they give us and it is hard to let go, I hope you have many years more with this sweet baby. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
ReplyDeleteOh goodness.. I will pray for your kitty. They are like children to us.. I lost a puppy last year and I'm still trying to deal with it.. hang in there.

I know your heart is breaking, Andie. I will pray for a miracle recovery. If that is not in God's plan, I'll pray for a peaceful and swift passing so that Daniel is not in any pain. God bless you both.

Andie, I am so sorry to hear that your sweet Daniel is not doing well. It is so hard to deal with a furbaby being ill and I know how much you want him to get better and stay with you. I will pray for that but if that is not planned for him, I will pray that he is happy, feels the love around him and goes peacefully and without pain. You do so much for the animals you adopt and they benefit from each and every second that they are in your loving home and heart. No matter what or when, Daniel will always remember the difference you've made in his life. Take heart in that, dear and keep us informed. Hugs, Leena
