I opened my blogroll this morning and saw that Karen at This Old House 2 needs our help! Hilary over at Crazy as A Loom - see link below - takes in stray cats who wander on to her property in Upstate, NY. She feeds and care for them, and then if they aren't neutered or spayed, they take a trip to the vet for that too. This little girl is the newest to arrive and Hilary knows she wants to be a housecat, not a barn or porch cat. She is a love and would prefer to crawl into your lap than up in a hayloft. In the next week or so she will be spayed. If you or someone you know might give this girl a loving home, contact Hilary through her blog.

Blogland is a big place! I know if we pass this around kitty will have a warm loving home before long!
Will you please help?
Oh she looks like a sweetie, so sad that people just drop these poor animals off somewhere!
ReplyDeleteWhen I lived on the farm, people would just leave a box at the end of the driveway with a litter in them. At one time I had 15 cats in the barn... but I managed to find them homes.
Blessings today

Hope it works out and this sweet little baby gets a home real soon. Richard from My Old Historic house.
ReplyDeleteThank you! :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a sweetie this little girl looks like and I hope she finds her home quickly. Kills me that people just dump these angels they unfortunately do it around here too.
ReplyDeleteAt my legal limit for county.
ReplyDeleteSeems stupid.
Is stupid.

Such an adorable grey baby.
ReplyDeleteWish I could take her in.
I too grew up with dogs being dropped off at the farm when people didn't want them. My grandfather -- the farmer -- was a Santa Claus kind of guy and I think people knew their pet would be loved and taken in by him.
I would meet you at the Botanic Garden anytime!

It makes me cry to see this little pussy cat! Unfortunately I can not help, living in France. I do hope that she find very soon a good home! So terrible what human nature is doing to animals, all over the world!
ReplyDeleteYou have a big heart and thank you so much for your lovely comment! So sorry about your loss, I'm feeling with you.
Greetings from the PĂ©rigord,
karin
What a sweetie, I hope she gets a home. Breaks my heart to see animals put in bad situations at the hands of irresponsible humans. I spend a lot of time walking dogs at a rescue center in the Hamptons. I am a fan of rescuing animals and giving them a good home.
ReplyDeleteAw...what a pretty little girl! I do hope she finds a home soon!
ReplyDeleteNow, Dear One, you are wonderful with your "B" words! :) Thanks for popping in to see me.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)
awwww. What a cutie. You are so sweet to help the furry ones that can't help themselves.
ReplyDelete...I followed you home, I hope you don't mind. Thank you for coming by my little world and commenting. I love your blog and will come back to visit. :)
